SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

We recommend trying your shoes on a soft surface, such as a carpet, to avoid marks on the soles. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, scratches or damage.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Return shipping costs, however, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
